There is no catch! Brands need consumers to try out their product samples for various reasons, such as creating awareness, trials, or feedback, and that's where you and Fabpiks come in. The sample offered is free. However, you just have to pay a nominal service charge to get your free sample products. You can order up to 6 sample products at one time.

We only use this info to match you to the right products. Any information we share with our brand partners is aggregate, so it's not personally identifiable.

Welcome Aboard, you can surf our different stores which are Trial Store, Select, Reward store and Survey. In Select, you can get free samples which survey based samples, redeem your Fab points in Reward store and fill the brand surveys to let know the brand regarding your preferences.

The products in the Trial Store can be picked up using your Trial Points. The curated products of full size to samples and miniature samplers are available against Trial poiints in Trial Section of the app. In contrast, full-size Products are also present in the Select section, however it works on the method of survey-based sample distribution.

Simple! Anytime a purhcase is made from the Trial Store, the number of trial points used will be credited back to the account. In the case of COD Orders, your Free Trials Points will be activated post-delivery of your shop order. At any given level, the maximum Trial points available by the customer would be 6.

Of course! Your friends are our friends too! In the App Menu, visit “Refer” & “Earn Big” to view your Referral code. You can share this via your Social Media Apps and WhatsApp at the click of a button.

In the App Menu, under Order History, select the Order, and you can track it from there. It could take up to 48 working hours before you receive your Order tracking details in the application or through SMS. If you are still waiting to receive tracking information within five working days of placing your Order or have any other queries, do drop us an email at customercare@fabpiks.com, and we will respond to you at the earliest!

This rarely happens when we receive an order cancellation or return request. In contrast, the COD order has been shipped, and the COD functionality is disabled automatically for al future orders.

In the App Menu, visit "Pending Actions >> Feedback" and review your Free Trials. We love hearing from you as it helps us improve the samples on your feed!

In the trial store, you get 6 Trial Points and with their help you can pick samples of your choice.

The products range from 1 to 6 points so you can make a customized bag of up to 6 products in 1 box.
