How do I request a return or exchange?

  1. Email us at support@fabpiks.com or whatsapp message with your order details and issue.
  2. Attach clear images of the product showing the damage or incorrect item.
  3. Once reviewed, we will guide you on the return/exchange process.

Can I return or exchange my product?

We only accept returns or exchanges if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ We do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty, skincare, or personal care products unless there is a genuine issue (like damage or wrong product delivered).

What items are non-returnable?

Used or opened products.Products without original packaging.Items purchased on clearance/sale.Beauty, skincare, and personal care items unless defective or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

What if I received a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged or broken product, email us at support@fabpiks.com with:
Your order number
Clear images showing the damage
A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as per our policy.

How do I track my order?

  1. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an whatsapp message or email with a tracking number and courier details.
  2. Click the tracking link to check the status of your delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Metro Cities & NCR: 1-3 days
North East & Remote Areas: 4-6 days
Rest of India: 2-4 days

What if my order is delayed?
